The Phase 2 industrial site construction project developed for the Bilmo Small Industrial Site Cooperative in the Gebze Şekerpınar district was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering a total construction area of 30,000 m². The project was planned as a multi-unit industrial settlement designed for leasing to small and medium-sized manufacturers, with a flexible and functional structural layout tailored to accommodate a diverse range of users.
The scope of construction included the shell structures of the cafeteria, perimeter retaining walls, roof slope screed applications, and exterior facade painting — all completed to a turnkey standard. Landscaping works encompassed pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes along with paving stone applications, while all infrastructure installations covering natural gas, potable water, garden irrigation, and fire protection lines were commissioned in accordance with international technical standards. The interior fit-out and finishing works of several retail units were also delivered within the project scope.
The Gebze Şekerpınar district is located along the industrial corridor between Istanbul and Kocaeli, offering a strategically valuable logistics position thanks to its proximity to the TEM highway and the D-100 motorway. Its dense industrial fabric makes the area an attractive base for small and medium-sized production facilities.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has applied its corporate expertise in industrial building construction to this multi-component project, delivering a complete turnkey solution spanning everything from infrastructure to fine finishing works.
