The BİM Konya Regional Directorate and Logistics Warehouse project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. within the Konya Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis during 2020-2021. Covering a total enclosed area of 23,000 m², the facility integrates administrative and storage functions within a unified complex, with all construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works managed end-to-end.
Within the project scope, infrastructure, excavation-filling, reinforced concrete construction, and electromechanical installation works were completed through an integrated approach. Wide-span storage volumes were planned to accommodate the high circulation speed required by retail logistics, while industrial flooring solutions suitable for loading-unloading ramps, forklift traffic, and racking system infrastructure were implemented. Architectural and MEP solutions supporting modern office comfort were applied in the administrative section, while fire safety, lighting, and HVAC systems across the entire facility were configured in compliance with international standards.
The Konya Organized Industrial Zone represents one of Central Anatolia’s largest industrial clusters. Located at a strategic logistics point along the Ankara-Adana-Antalya axis, Konya stands as a strong regional distribution base. The city’s well-developed highway network makes it a preferred location for retail chains’ regional logistics investments across a broad hinterland.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has delivered turnkey construction services to the retail and logistics sectors, bringing the same technical discipline, on-time delivery commitment, and quality assurance to the BİM project. The ongoing partnership with BİM reflects a strong indicator of the company’s sectoral reliability.
