The New Management and Production Building project developed for Rekor Rubber Industry and Trade Inc. at the Eskişehir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a 75,000 m² plot with 35,000 m² of covered area on a turnkey basis between 2015 and 2016. All construction, electrical, and mechanical works were delivered as an integrated scope.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. Within the 35,000 m² covered area, rubber production lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses, laboratory spaces, and administrative offices were planned together. Rubber and polymer manufacturing carries sensitive technical requirements — high-temperature processes, ventilation and odor management, fire safety, and specialized waste handling infrastructure. In the superstructure design, steel structure was selected for wide-span production volumes, providing flexibility for modern process lines. Electrical and mechanical systems were established with the capacity and redundancy principles required for uninterrupted production.
The Eskişehir Atatürk OIZ is one of Anatolia’s industrial centers — concentrated in the automotive supplier, machinery, and polymer sectors, with access to qualified labor and strong infrastructure. As a supplier manufacturing rubber components for the automotive industry, Rekor Rubber makes a significant contribution to the production ecosystem of this region.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has brought its technical accumulation in production facility construction, on-time delivery commitment, and quality assurance to the Rekor Rubber project.
