The Skoda Showroom project developed within the existing Esenyurt premises of Doğuş Oto Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş. was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering 450 m² of indoor construction area. The project scope — including architectural design, civil construction, and mechanical and electrical installation works — was managed end-to-end to deliver a modern automotive retail space that aligns with the brand’s corporate showroom standards and places customer experience at the forefront.
Through the application of 35,000 tons of steel structural work, a wide-span, column-free exhibition area was achieved, providing a flexible layout for vehicle display. All fit-out works were carried out with material selection and finishing quality consistent with the brand’s international showroom concept guidelines. Electrical installations were configured with lighting scenarios, energy efficiency, and showroom atmosphere in mind, while mechanical installation works delivered climate control and ventilation solutions to enhance visitor comfort.
Esenyurt is located along one of Istanbul’s most trafficked retail corridors on the European side, with easy access to the TEM highway and the E-5 motorway. This location provides a strategic marketing center advantage for automotive retail operations.
