The miscellaneous construction works project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Hoşdere Facilities was completed by DEA YAPI in 2013. Executed within an active production complex, this project covered a programmed set of infrastructure improvement and renewal works across various locations throughout the facility.
The scope included HF external reinforced concrete road repair works, replacement of steel doors in Building 4, construction of a cleaning channel in Building 4, and construction works for the sports hall and the Best Mode factory road. Reinforced concrete renewal on external roadways provided a superstructure capable of withstanding heavy vehicle traffic, while the cleaning channel works delivered a critical improvement in production hygiene and internal drainage efficiency. The steel door replacements represented a value-adding investment in both facility security and energy efficiency.
Executing such miscellaneous works within an active automotive facility requires a specialized coordination discipline — maintaining uninterrupted production flow, enforcing the highest standards of occupational safety, and managing multiple work items simultaneously. Site management, supplier coordination, and scheduling form the foundation of success in such multi-item contracts.
