The Miscellaneous Works project carried out for Fiat/Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. at the Bursa production facility was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2012. The project was planned as a comprehensive industrial works package encompassing modernization, revision, and auxiliary construction activities simultaneously executed across various functional zones of the plant.
The scope included the UTM canopy installation, Final Office modification works, EPM presentation area construction, Assembly Quality Stations revision, smoking area canopy, General Management elevator replacement, R&D Building office partitioning, and pedestrian walkway arrangements — all delivered under a single contracting framework. Every task was planned to preserve the uninterrupted operation of the automotive production lines and completed through the integrated handling of steel structure, fit-out, mechanical installation, and electrical infrastructure components.
The Tofaş Bursa plant serves as a strategic production base within Turkey’s automotive export network. Carrying out revision and retrofit works at such a large-scale facility while production remains active requires top-tier coordination in terms of occupational safety and time management. Each sub-task was scheduled in alignment with the factory’s production calendar and delivered without compromise.
