The new administrative and production building project developed for Böhler Sert Maden ve Takım San. ve Tic. A.Ş. within the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering a total of 7,200 m² of indoor area. The project was planned as an integrated industrial complex combining a reinforced concrete-framed factory building with a steel roof and the administrative management units in a single facility.
Hard metal and tooling production is a technically demanding manufacturing discipline that requires precision machinery, heavy production equipment, and high-grade metalworking processes. Accordingly, the reinforced concrete foundation and load-bearing system were engineered to withstand vibration loads, while the steel roof structure was executed to deliver flexible wide-span production halls. Sandwich panel facade and roof cladding works were completed in accordance with industry standards for thermal insulation performance. Electrical and mechanical installation works were commissioned in line with process integration requirements, and the administrative offices were positioned in functional integration with the production area.
The Gebze Organized Industrial Zone is one of Turkey’s most developed industrial regions and stands as a strategic manufacturing hub where the automotive, machinery, and metal processing sectors are densely concentrated. Its proximity to the TEM highway, Gebze port, and Sabiha Gökçen Airport provides the facility with advantageous positioning for both export and domestic distribution.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has applied its turnkey factory construction experience to this project with technical discipline, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.
