The logistics warehouse project developed for Dimaş Mobilya A.Ş. in Tepeören was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis across two parcels — 21,525 m² for Block A and 8,210 m² for Block B — with indoor construction areas of 15,409 m² in Block A and 5,816 m² in Block B. This project stands as the first large-scale site that shaped DEA YAPI’s corporate identity and marks one of the starting points of the firm’s deep-rooted experience in industrial building construction.
The entire process was managed end-to-end, from initial design studies on the site through official permits, civil construction, mechanical and electrical installation works, and the final handover to tenants. The structural scheme of both blocks was built with a steel frame load-bearing system atop reinforced concrete foundations to create generous storage volume, while the 11.50-meter truss clear height provided operational flexibility for high-bay racking and pallet arrangements. Eight loading ramps in Block A and four in Block B were positioned in line with logistics operational speed. Office areas of 328 m² in Block A and 254 m² in Block B were integrated with the storage areas to accommodate administrative functions.
The Tepeören region, located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, offers a strategic logistics position thanks to its proximity to the TEM highway and Sabiha Gökçen Airport. This corridor, densely occupied by industrial and logistics facilities, provides an ideal geographic base for storage operations.
