The factory construction project developed for Korozo Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. within the Çorlu European Free Zone was successfully completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis, covering a total of 58,170 m² of indoor area. The project was planned as an integrated industrial complex combining production lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses, administrative office blocks, and technical spaces under a single facility.
Throughout the construction process, every phase — from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance — was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater management, wastewater treatment connections, and fire safety systems were completed in compliance with international standards. For the superstructure, a steel frame load-bearing system was selected to provide flexibility across wide-span production areas. The hygiene and production requirements of the packaging industry were meticulously addressed in every detail of the facility. All civil, mechanical, and electrical installation works were managed under a single turnkey contract framework.
The Çorlu European Free Zone, located in one of Thrace’s most strategic logistics corridors, offers significant advantages for accessing European markets. Its proximity to the Istanbul-Edirne highway, integration with Tekirdağ ports, and organized industrial infrastructure position the facility ideally for export-oriented production.
