The factory and office buildings project developed for Ata Silah Sanayi A.Ş. and Armsan Silah Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. in Gebze, Kocaeli, is being constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2023. Having embraced a modern production philosophy with strong R&D commitment and serving as leading names in Turkish defense and hunting firearms manufacturing, these companies have produced Turkey’s first over-and-under shotgun, first superposed shotgun, and first bolt-action rifled hunting gun — securing a pioneering position in the sector. The success journey of the firms, which export under the ATAARMS brand to 60 countries and began in Kayseri in 1959, now continues on a 31,800 m² site at the Gebze Marmara Teknokent Free Zone, following expansions in Düzce and Istanbul.
The project was planned as an integrated industrial building bringing together production, administrative, and technical functions within a unified complex. The security standards, precision production conditions, and R&D infrastructure required by the defense industry form the core inputs of the structural design. Infrastructure works covering drainage, fire safety, and MEP connections are being configured in line with international standards, while the superstructure combines steel frame and reinforced concrete systems to provide the flexibility required by production areas.

The Raw Material Warehouse and Office Building project developed for Dede Kimya Nikelaj Polisaj Malzemeleri Hırdavat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in Gebze, Kocaeli, is being constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis during 2023-2024. Founded in 1968, the company has served the metal processing sector with an expanding product range since its establishment and stands as one of Turkey’s most established firms in the metal coating field.
The project is located on a 10,000 m² site within the Kocaeli-Gebze V (Chemistry) Specialized Organized Industrial Zone (GEBKİM OSB). With a total enclosed area of 10,800 m², the complex includes production-storage and office building structures, designed to meet the company’s production and management requirements. The high security, chemical resistance, and environmental protection standards required by specialized chemistry industrial zones are being addressed meticulously in every detail of the structure. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater, process wastewater, and fire safety systems are being completed in accordance with international standards, while a steel frame load-bearing system is being selected for the superstructure to provide flexibility across wide-span storage volumes.

The BİM Elazığ Regional Directorate and Logistics Warehouse project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. in Elazığ was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2023. Located on a 39,890 m² plot, the facility resolves the administrative building and logistics warehouse functions within an integrated complex covering approximately 26,000 m² of enclosed area. All construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works within the project scope were managed end-to-end.
The high circulation speed and operational flexibility required by retail logistics were placed at the center of the structure’s design and construction processes. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and fire safety connections were completed in accordance with international standards. A steel frame load-bearing system was selected for the superstructure to support wide-span storage volumes, while high-durability industrial flooring solutions suitable for loading-unloading ramps and forklift traffic were implemented. Architectural and MEP solutions supporting modern office comfort in the administrative building were integrated alongside fire detection and suppression systems.

Hindistan merkezli Malhotra Cable, 1974 yılında yüksek kaliteli otomotiv kabloları üretme hedefiyle kurulmuş olup; bugünün ve yarının araçlarına güç sağlayan son teknoloji kablo çözümlerini tasarlama, üretme ve tedarik etme konusunda uzmanlaşmıştır. Geleneksel araçlardan elektrikli ve otonom platformlara kadar geniş bir otomotiv pazarına hitap eden firma, ileri mühendislik ve teknolojik gelişmelere yoğun biçimde odaklanmaktadır.

The new factory building project developed for Malhotra Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. within the Kütahya Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone was constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis during 2022-2023. India-based Malhotra Cable was established in 1974 with the goal of producing high-quality automotive cables and has since specialized in designing, manufacturing, and supplying state-of-the-art cable solutions that power today’s and tomorrow’s vehicles. Serving a broad automotive market ranging from traditional vehicles to electric and autonomous platforms, the company places strong emphasis on advanced engineering and technological development.
The project was designed as an integrated production facility covering 12,000 m² of enclosed area on a 20,000 m² site within the Kütahya Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone. The complex, which includes Factory, Administrative Building, and Laboratory sections, was planned with careful consideration of the precision, clean production conditions, and quality control infrastructure required by the automotive supply industry. BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. için Manisa’da hayata geçirilen BİM Manisa Endüstriyel Tesis ve Bölge Müdürlüğü projesi, 2025 yılında DEA YAPI tarafından anahtar teslim esasıyla inşa edilmektedir. Toplam 50.550 m² arazi üzerinde konumlanan bu endüstriyel tesis projesi, yaklaşık 57.000 m² inşaat alanına sahip olup; BİM’in Ege bölgesindeki lojistik ve dağıtım kapasitesini güçlendirmeye yönelik stratejik bir yatırım olarak planlanmıştır.

BİM Manisa Industrial Facility Construction
The BİM Manisa Industrial Facility and Regional Directorate project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. in Manisa is being constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2025. Located on a total site area of 50,550 m², this industrial facility project covers approximately 57,000 m² of construction area and has been planned as a strategic investment aimed at reinforcing BİM’s logistics and distribution capacity across the Aegean region.
The structure is being built through a modern engineering approach combining reinforced concrete and precast concrete construction systems. Presenting a functional, durable, and contemporary architectural composition through its steel frame facade and space frame roof support, the building flexibly accommodates the wide-span storage volumes required by retail logistics. Within the project scope, all construction, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works have been undertaken by DEA YAPI as the main contractor. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and fire safety systems are being configured in line with international standards, while high-durability industrial flooring compatible with loading-unloading ramps, forklift traffic, and automated racking systems is being implemented.
Manisa stands as one of the prominent cities along the Aegean region’s industrial and logistics axis. Its proximity to the İzmir Alsancak and Çandarlı ports, connection to the İzmir-Istanbul highway, and well-developed organized industrial infrastructure position it strategically for retail distribution operations. The city forms a strong operational base for nationally scaled investors.
Since 1988, DEA YAPI has extended its long-standing collaboration with BİM through the Manisa project, reinforcing its pioneering position in industrial building construction through technical discipline, on-time delivery commitment, and quality assurance.
