Malhotra Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. için Kütahya Tavşanlı Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde hayata geçirilen yeni fabrika binası projesi, 2022-2023 döneminde DEA YAPI tarafından anahtar teslim esasıyla inşa edilmiştir. Hindistan merkezli Malhotra Cable, 1974 yılında yüksek kaliteli otomotiv kabloları üretme hedefiyle kurulmuş olup; bugünün ve yarının araçlarına güç sağlayan son teknoloji kablo çözümlerini tasarlama, üretme ve tedarik etme konusunda uzmanlaşmıştır. Geleneksel araçlardan elektrikli ve otonom platformlara kadar geniş bir otomotiv pazarına hitap eden firma, ileri mühendislik ve teknolojik gelişmelere yoğun biçimde odaklanmaktadır.
Proje; Kütahya Tavşanlı OSB’deki 20.000 m²’lik arazi üzerinde 12.000 m² kapalı alana sahip entegre bir üretim tesisi olarak tasarlanmıştır. Fabrika, İdari Bina ve Laboratuvar bölümlerini içeren kompleks; otomotiv tedarik sanayisinin gerektirdiği hassasiyet, temiz üretim koşulları ve kalite kontrol altyapısı göz önünde bulundurularak planlanmıştır. Altyapı çalışmalarında drenaj, yağmur suyu, atık su ve yangın güvenliği sistemleri uluslararası normlara uygun biçimde tamamlanmış; üstyapıda geniş açıklıklı üretim salonları için çelik konstrüksiyon taşıyıcı sistem tercih edilmiştir. Laboratuvar bölümünde ise hassas ölçüm ekipmanlarını destekleyecek mimari ve MEP çözümleri uygulanmıştır.

Malhotra Cable Kütahya Factory Construction
The new factory building project developed for Malhotra Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. within the Kütahya Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone was constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis during 2022-2023. India-based Malhotra Cable was established in 1974 with the goal of producing high-quality automotive cables and has since specialized in designing, manufacturing, and supplying state-of-the-art cable solutions that power today’s and tomorrow’s vehicles. Serving a broad automotive market ranging from traditional vehicles to electric and autonomous platforms, the company places strong emphasis on advanced engineering and technological development.
The project was designed as an integrated production facility covering 12,000 m² of enclosed area on a 20,000 m² site within the Kütahya Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone. The complex, which includes Factory, Administrative Building, and Laboratory sections, was planned with careful consideration of the precision, clean production conditions, and quality control infrastructure required by the automotive supply industry. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and fire safety systems were completed in compliance with international standards, while a steel frame load-bearing system was selected for the superstructure to accommodate wide-span production halls. Architectural and MEP solutions supporting precision measurement equipment were applied in the laboratory section.
The Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone represents an expanding production hub for automotive supply industry investments on Kütahya’s industrial map. Its proximity to the Bursa-Eskişehir industrial axis creates a strategic advantage for international investors entering the Turkish market.

Gratis Adana Lojistik Depo İnşaatı
Gratis İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. için Adana’da hayata geçirilen Lojistik Depo ve Operasyon Merkezi projesi, 2024 yılında DEA YAPI tarafından anahtar teslim esasıyla inşa edilmiştir. Türkiye’nin kişisel bakım ve kozmetik perakendesinde öncü markalarından biri olan Gratis’in dağıtım kapasitesini güçlendirmek üzere planlanan bu dev yatırım; toplam 60.000 m² kapalı alana sahip bütüncül bir lojistik merkezi olarak tasarlanmıştır.

Gratis Adana Logistics Warehouse Construction
The Logistics Warehouse and Operations Center project developed for Gratis İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. in Adana was constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2024. Planned to reinforce the distribution capacity of Gratis — one of Turkey’s leading personal care and cosmetics retail brands — this large-scale investment was designed as an integrated logistics center covering a total of 60,000 m² of enclosed area.
Within the project scope, all infrastructure and superstructure construction works were managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI. The high circulation speed, operational flexibility, and adaptation to seasonal campaign intensities required by retail logistics were placed at the center of the design and implementation. Infrastructure works including drainage, stormwater, wastewater, and fire safety systems were completed in compliance with international standards. A steel frame load-bearing system was applied for wide-span storage volumes within the superstructure, while high-durability industrial flooring solutions suitable for loading-unloading ramps, forklift traffic, and automated racking systems were implemented. Architectural and MEP solutions supporting modern office comfort were integrated in the operations center section.

BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. için Çanakkale’de hayata geçirilen BİM Çanakkale Bölge Müdürlüğü ve Lojistik Deposu projesi, 2024 yılında DEA YAPI tarafından anahtar teslim esasıyla tamamlanmıştır. 35.000 m² arsa üzerinde konumlanan tesis; yaklaşık 24.000 m² kapalı alana sahip yönetim binası ve lojistik depo fonksiyonlarını bütüncül bir kompleks içinde çözmekte, tüm inşaat, mekanik ve elektrik tesisat işleri tek elden yürütülmüştür.

The BİM Çanakkale Regional Directorate and Logistics Warehouse project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. in Çanakkale was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2024. Located on a 35,000 m² plot, the facility resolves administrative building and logistics warehouse functions within an integrated complex covering approximately 24,000 m² of enclosed area, with all construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works managed end-to-end.

BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. için Manisa’da hayata geçirilen BİM Manisa Endüstriyel Tesis ve Bölge Müdürlüğü projesi, 2025 yılında DEA YAPI tarafından anahtar teslim esasıyla inşa edilmektedir. Toplam 50.550 m² arazi üzerinde konumlanan bu endüstriyel tesis projesi, yaklaşık 57.000 m² inşaat alanına sahip olup; BİM’in Ege bölgesindeki lojistik ve dağıtım kapasitesini güçlendirmeye yönelik stratejik bir yatırım olarak planlanmıştır.
Yapı; betonarme ve beton prefabrik konstrüksiyon sistemlerinin bir arada kullanıldığı modern bir mühendislik yaklaşımıyla inşa edilmektedir. The BİM Manisa Industrial Facility and Regional Directorate project developed for BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. in Manisa is being constructed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2025. Located on a total site area of 50,550 m², this industrial facility project covers approximately 57,000 m² of construction area and has been planned as a strategic investment aimed at reinforcing BİM’s logistics and distribution capacity across the Aegean region.
The structure is being built through a modern engineering approach combining reinforced concrete and precast concrete construction systems. Presenting a functional, durable, and contemporary architectural composition through its steel frame facade and space frame roof support, the building flexibly accommodates the wide-span storage volumes required by retail logistics. Within the project scope, all construction, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works have been undertaken by DEA YAPI as the main contractor.
