Mango Tekstil Türkiye için Beyoğlu İstiklal Caddesi’nde, eski Vakko binası olarak bilinen tarihi yapıda hayata geçirilen mağaza projesi, 5.580 m² inşaat alanı üzerinde anahtar teslim olarak DEA YAPI tarafından 2008-2009 yıllarında tamamlanmıştır. 2 bodrum, 1 zemin ve 6 normal kattan oluşan toplam 9 katlı yapının tüm mimari, elektrik ve mekanik projelerinin çizimi, onayı ve uygulaması tek elden yürütülmüştür.
Proje kapsamında 5 asansör ve 3 yürüyen merdivenin altyapısı kurulmuş; 380 m² ön cephe ile 510 m² arka cephenin yenilenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bina içindeki ana taşıyıcı çelik merdiven 54 ton çelik konstrüksiyon ile imal edilmiş, temele gömülü 90 m³ su deposu ve kumanda odası yapılandırılmıştır. Binaya özel trafo ve hücre sistemi, jeneratör, havalandırma ve yangın söndürme sistemleri ile tüm elektrik tesisat işleri uluslararası standartlara uygun biçimde tamamlanmıştır. Ayrıca Gaziantep Sanko AVM Mango mağazasında mimari dekorasyon, mekanik ve elektrik işleri de proje kapsamında teslim edilmiştir.
İstiklal Caddesi gibi İstanbul’un en işlek ve tarihi dokusuyla hassas bir aksında çalışma yapmak; şehir içi lojistik planlaması, komşu yapılarla koordinasyon ve yaya trafiği yönetimi açısından özel bir mühendislik disiplini gerektirmektedir. Mango Istiklal Street Flagship Store Construction (50 characters)
The flagship store project developed for Mango Tekstil Türkiye on Beyoğlu’s Istiklal Street — in the historic building formerly known as Vakko — was completed by DEA YAPI on a 5,580 m² construction area on a turnkey basis between 2008 and 2009. The nine-story structure, comprising two basements, a ground floor, and six upper levels, was delivered with all architectural, electrical, and mechanical design, approval, and implementation managed end-to-end.
The scope included infrastructure for 5 elevators and 3 escalators, renovation of a 380 m² front façade and 510 m² rear façade, and fabrication of the main load-bearing steel staircase using 54 tons of steel structure. A 90 m³ water reservoir with control room was embedded in the foundation, while a dedicated transformer and cell system, generator, ventilation, fire suppression, and full electrical installations were completed in compliance with international standards. The scope also extended to architectural decoration, mechanical, and electrical works at the Mango store in Gaziantep Sanko Mall.

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. için Hoşdere Tesisleri’nde hayata geçirilen Bina 8 Tevsii Projesi, toplam 4.000 m² inşaat alanı üzerinde anahtar teslim olarak 2012 yılında DEA YAPI tarafından tamamlanmıştır. Mevcut bina üzerine ilave kat yapılmasını kapsayan proje; betonarme taşıyıcı sistem, silikon cephe, ince işler ile elektrik ve mekanik tesisat işlerinin tek elden yürütülmesiyle hayata geçirilmiştir.
Faaliyet halindeki bir üretim tesisinin üzerine ilave kat inşa etmek, mühendislik açısından özel disiplin gerektiren bir süreçtir. The Building 8 Extension Project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Hoşdere Facilities was completed by DEA YAPI on a 4,000 m² construction area on a turnkey basis in 2012. The project, involving the addition of a new floor to the existing building, was delivered through integrated execution of reinforced concrete structural systems, silicone façade, finishing works, and electrical-mechanical installations.
Constructing an additional floor on an active production facility requires specialized engineering discipline. Core priorities included reanalyzing the load-bearing capacity of the existing structure, maintaining uninterrupted production flow, and enforcing the highest standards of occupational safety. The silicone curtain wall system ensured aesthetic continuity, while finishing works, mechanical-electrical installations, and HVAC systems were completed in compliance with international automotive industry standards.

Mercedes-Benz Türk Finish Binası İnşaatı (42 karakter)
Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. için fabrika sahası içinde hayata geçirilen Finish Binası projesi, toplam 3.900 m² kapalı alan üzerinde DEA YAPI tarafından 2008 yılında tamamlanmıştır. Betonarme temel üzerine çelik konstrüksiyon taşıyıcı sistemle tasarlanan fabrika ilave binası ile mevcut yapıdaki revizyon işleri birim fiyatlı sözleşme kapsamında eksiksiz biçimde uygulanmıştır.
Proje kapsamında 780 m³ beton ve 75 ton inşaat demiri ile temel imalatları gerçekleştirilmiş; üstyapıda 620 ton çelik konstrüksiyon kullanılarak 7 metre makas altı yüksekliğinde geniş açıklıklı üretim hacmi elde edilmiştir. Çelik kolon ve çatı sistemi üzerine 3.900 m² çatı kaplaması ve 1.450 m² cephe kaplaması uygulanmış; boya kabini ve tesisat galeri bölümleri de iş kapsamında tamamlanmıştır. Otomotiv üretiminin finish (son işlem) süreçlerinde boya kalitesi için gerekli hava filtreleme, aydınlatma ve zemin düzgünlüğü standartları titizlikle sağlanmıştır.

The Finish Building project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. within the factory site was completed by DEA YAPI on a 3,900 m² covered area in 2008. The factory extension, designed with a steel frame load-bearing system on reinforced concrete foundations, along with revisions to the existing structure, was executed comprehensively under a unit-price contract.
The scope included foundation works using 780 m³ of concrete and 75 tons of rebar, and a superstructure built with 620 tons of steel structure — delivering a 7-meter clear height beneath the trusses for wide-span production volume. A 3,900 m² roof covering and 1,450 m² of façade cladding were applied over the steel column and roof system, while paint booth and utility gallery sections were also completed within scope. Air filtration, lighting, and floor flatness standards required for paint quality in automotive finish processes were meticulously maintained.

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. için Hoşdere Otobüs Fabrikası Tesisleri’nde hayata geçirilen Data ve İtfaiye Binası projesi, Bina-20 olarak hizmet vermek üzere DEA YAPI tarafından 2010 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Temelden itfaiye binasının tüm inşaat işlerini kapsayan proje, Mercedes-Benz Türk’ün Hadımköy tesislerindeki itfaiye merkezi fonksiyonunu tek bir yapı altında toplayan stratejik bir yatırım niteliğindedir.
Bina, betonarme taşıyıcı sistem üzerine betonarme-çelik konstrüksiyon karma çatı tasarımıyla inşa edilmiştir. İtfaiye binaları; acil müdahale araçlarının hızlı çıkışına izin veren büyük kapı açıklıkları, 7/24 personel konaklama-dinlenme mahalleri, veri merkezi (data center) odası, eğitim alanları ve yangın ekipmanı depolama hacimleri gibi fonksiyonel gereksinimlere sahiptir. The Data and Fire Station Building project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Hoşdere Bus Factory Facilities was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2010, serving as Building-20. Covering all construction works from the foundation up, the project consolidated the fire station function of Mercedes-Benz Türk’s Hadımköy facilities under a single strategic structure.
The building was constructed with a reinforced concrete load-bearing system topped by a hybrid reinforced concrete and steel structure roof. Fire station buildings carry specialized functional requirements — large door openings for rapid emergency vehicle dispatch, 24/7 personnel quarters, a data center room, training areas, and fire equipment storage volumes. Designing each section according to its specific technical specifications was among the project’s primary engineering priorities.
In industrial facilities, fire station and data buildings hold critical importance for both occupational safety and operational continuity. Reducing emergency response time and ensuring uninterrupted data infrastructure are indispensable to the risk management of any production facility. Mercedes-Benz Türk KAPA 4700 Projesi İnşaatı (45 karakter)
Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. için İstanbul-Hadımköy tesislerinde hayata geçirilen KAPA 4700 Projesi kapsamındaki Uydu Binalar; Bina-2 Kuzey Tevsii, Bina-1E, Bina-2E ve Bina-2K yapılarının anahtar teslim inşaat, mekanik ve elektrik işleri DEA YAPI tarafından 2014 yılında tamamlanmıştır. The KAPA 4700 Project satellite buildings — Building-2 North Extension, Building-1E, Building-2E, and Building-2K — developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Istanbul-Hadımköy facilities were completed on a turnkey basis by DEA YAPI in 2014, covering construction, mechanical, and electrical works. The project was planned as a multi-building integrated investment supporting Mercedes-Benz Türk’s production ecosystem at Hadımköy.
The scope involved fabrication of load-bearing systems using 500 tons of steel structure, 950 m³ of concrete, and 650 tons of rebar. The miscellaneous construction works project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Hoşdere Facilities was completed by DEA YAPI in 2013. Executed within an active production complex, this project covered a programmed set of infrastructure improvement and renewal works across various locations throughout the facility.
The scope included HF external reinforced concrete road repair works, replacement of steel doors in Building 4, construction of a cleaning channel in Building 4, and construction works for the sports hall and the Best Mode factory road. Reinforced concrete renewal on external roadways provided a superstructure capable of withstanding heavy vehicle traffic, while the cleaning channel works delivered a critical improvement in production hygiene and internal drainage efficiency. The steel door replacements represented a value-adding investment in both facility security and energy efficiency.

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. için İstanbul-Hadımköy Genel Müdürlük yerleşkesinde hayata geçirilen Pazarlama Merkezi Yeni Ofis Binası, toplam 5.500 m² kapalı alan üzerinde anahtar teslim olarak DEA YAPI tarafından 2013 yılında tamamlanmıştır. Genel Müdürlük binasına ilave olarak tasarlanan yapı, Mercedes-Benz Türk’ün pazarlama faaliyetlerinin tek çatı altında toplanmasını sağlayan kurumsal bir merkez niteliğindedir.
Proje kapsamında 5 katlı olarak planlanan bina, betonarme taşıyıcı sistemle inşa edilmiş; inşaat, mekanik ve elektrik tesisat işleri bütünleşik biçimde yürütülmüştür. The Marketing Center New Office Building project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Istanbul-Hadımköy headquarters campus was completed by DEA YAPI on a 5,500 m² covered area on a turnkey basis in 2013. Designed as an extension to the headquarters building, the structure serves as a corporate hub consolidating Mercedes-Benz Türk’s marketing operations under one roof.
The scope covered a 5-story building constructed with a reinforced concrete load-bearing system, with construction, mechanical, and electrical installation works delivered in an integrated manner. Open-plan office layouts required by modern office buildings, meeting and training rooms, social areas, and interior architectural details reflecting corporate identity were among the project’s key components. Lighting, HVAC, acoustic insulation, and fire safety systems were implemented in line with the management building standards of a global automotive brand.
Corporate headquarters buildings are strategic investments that directly shape a global brand’s identity and employee experience. Modern marketing organizations are designed with customer presentation areas, showroom integration, digital infrastructure, and collaboration-friendly open office solutions. Mercedes-Benz Türk Hoşdere Tevsii İnşaatı (42 karakter)
Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. için Hoşdere Tesisleri’nde hayata geçirilen tevsii projesi, Bina 17, Bina 1 ve Bina 3 için gerekli çevre düzenlemeleri ile mevcut yapılardaki revizyon ve kapasite artırım işlerini kapsayacak şekilde DEA YAPI tarafından 2019 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Proje; betonarme temel, çelik konstrüksiyon sundurma yapısı ile Genel Müdürlük (GM) ve Pazarlama Merkezi (PM) Tesisleri atık mahalleri yapısının tamamlanmasını içermektedir.
İnşaat sürecinde çevre düzenlemeleri; saha drenajı, altyapı entegrasyonu ve mevcut bina bağlantılarının yeniden düzenlenmesiyle başlamış; ardından betonarme temel imalatları üzerine çelik konstrüksiyon sundurma yapısı kurulmuştur. Mercedes-Benz Türk Hoşdere Facility Extension (46 characters)
The facility extension project developed for Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. at the Hoşdere Facilities — covering Building 17, Building 1, and Building 3 landscape works, revisions to existing structures, and capacity expansion — was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2019. The scope included reinforced concrete foundations, a steel frame canopy structure, and completion of waste management facilities for the Head Office (GM) and Marketing Center (PM) buildings.
Construction began with landscape and site works — drainage, infrastructure integration, and reconfiguration of existing building connections — followed by erection of the steel canopy structure over reinforced concrete foundations. The wide-span canopy protects logistics movements from weather conditions while allowing uninterrupted continuation of existing production flow. The waste management facilities at the GM and PM buildings were designed in full compliance with environmental regulations and waste management standards.
Executing simultaneous extension and revision works across multiple buildings within an active automotive facility requires advanced coordination in production continuity, occupational safety, and environmental management. Such works, carried out while existing buildings remain in operation, demand the discipline of an experienced contractor.

OBO Bettermann Dilovası İMES OSB Fabrika İnşaatı (50 karakter)
OBO Bettermann Türkiye için İzmit-Dilovası İMES Organize Sanayi Sitesi’nde hayata geçirilen yeni ofis ve fabrika binası projesi, toplam 17.000 m² inşaat sahası üzerinde 6.538 m² kapalı alan olarak DEA YAPI tarafından 2013 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Proje; ofis ve depo fonksiyonlarını tek yerleşkede bütünleştiren entegre bir endüstriyel yapı olarak planlanmıştır.
İnşaat sürecinde betonarme prefabrik taşıyıcı sistem tercih edilmiş; bu sistem hem hızlı kurulum süresi hem de geniş açıklıklı depo hacimleri için ideal mühendislik çözümü sunmuştur. Çatı ve cephe kaplamalarında sandviç panel kullanılarak ısı ve ses yalıtımı açısından verimli bir zarf oluşturulmuş; elektrik ve mekanik tesisat işleri tek elden yürütülerek binanın tam işlevsel teslimi sağlanmıştır. Ofis bölümünde modern çalışma alanları, depo bölümünde ise uluslararası lojistik standartlarına uygun raflama altyapısına hazır zemin sistemleri uygulanmıştır.
İMES Organize Sanayi Bölgesi; İstanbul-Ankara otoyolu aksında, Gebze ve Kocaeli limanlarına yakın konumuyla Türkiye’nin en stratejik lojistik koridorlarından birinde yer almaktadır. OBO Bettermann Dilovası Office & Factory Building (50 characters)
The new office and factory building project developed for OBO Bettermann Türkiye at the İMES Organized Industrial Zone in İzmit-Dilovası was completed by DEA YAPI on a 17,000 m² construction site with 6,538 m² of covered area on a turnkey basis in 2013. The project was planned as an integrated industrial building combining office and warehouse functions within a single campus.
A precast reinforced concrete load-bearing system was selected during construction — offering both rapid installation time and an ideal engineering solution for wide-span warehouse volumes. Sandwich panels were used for roof and façade cladding, creating an efficient building envelope in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation. Electrical and mechanical installation works were executed end-to-end, ensuring full functional delivery of the building. Modern workspaces were implemented in the office section, while flooring systems ready for racking infrastructure compliant with international logistics standards were applied in the warehouse section.
The İMES Organized Industrial Zone is located on one of Türkiye’s most strategic logistics corridors, along the Istanbul-Ankara highway axis and close to the ports of Gebze and Kocaeli. Concentrated in the machinery and electrical-electronics sectors, this zone serves as an ideal hub for export production to European and Middle Eastern markets. ODE Yalıtım Eskişehir Yönetim ve Üretim Binası (48 karakter)
ODE Yalıtım için Eskişehir Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde hayata geçirilen yönetim ve üretim binası projesi, 74.000 m² açık alan ve 30.000 m² kapalı alan üzerine DEA YAPI tarafından 2016 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Proje; Türkiye’nin önde gelen yalıtım malzemeleri üreticilerinden ODE Yalıtım’ın kapasite artırımı stratejisinin önemli bir bileşeni olarak planlanmıştır.
İnşaat süreci zemin etüdünden kesin kabule kadar tüm aşamalarıyla DEA YAPI tarafından tek elden yürütülmüştür. 30.000 m² kapalı alanlı yapının tüm inşaat, elektrik ve mekanik işleri bütünleşik biçimde teslim edilmiş; üretim hatları, hammadde ve mamul depoları ile yönetim bölümleri bir arada planlanmıştır. ODE Insulation Eskişehir Production Facility (45 characters)
The management and production building project developed for ODE Insulation at the Eskişehir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a 74,000 m² open area and 30,000 m² covered area on a turnkey basis in 2016. The project was planned as a key component of the capacity expansion strategy of ODE Insulation, one of Türkiye’s leading insulation material manufacturers.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. All construction, electrical, and mechanical works for the 30,000 m² covered structure were delivered in an integrated manner, with production lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses, and management sections planned together. Insulation material manufacturing carries specialized infrastructure requirements — dust control, fire resistance, and high-ceiling process lines — and all these requirements were meticulously addressed throughout the facility.
The Eskişehir Atatürk OIZ is located in the industrial heart of Anatolia, strategically positioned along the Ankara-Istanbul corridor and home to a concentration of high-technology manufacturers. Omsan Lojistik Bursa NOSB Park Sahası İnşaatı (46 karakter)
Omsan Lojistik A.Ş. için Bursa Nilüfer Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde hayata geçirilen park sahası projesi, mevcut 95.000 m² park alanındaki revizyonlar ile yeni yapılan 148.000 m²’lik sahanın tüm altyapı, arazi düzenleme, yangın tesisatı, aydınlatma, çevre duvarları ve saha kaplaması işlerini kapsayacak biçimde DEA YAPI tarafından 2009 yılında tamamlanmıştır.
Proje kapsamında 145.000 m² genel saha kazı ve dolgu ile reglaj yapılmış; 60.000 m³ kazı ve 169.500 ton dolgu gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2.650 m³ beton ve 210 ton nervürlü demirle 2.144 metre istinat duvarı inşa edilirken, 135.000 m² kilitli parke taşı uygulaması ile ağır araç trafiğine dayanıklı saha kaplaması tamamlanmıştır. Ayrıca 2.850 metre yangın ve elektrik altyapı hattı döşenmiş, helikopter pisti yapılmış ve 3.000 metre gömülü yangın sistemi tesis edilmiştir. Tüm bu altyapı imalatları uluslararası lojistik tesis standartlarına uygun biçimde teslim edilmiştir.

Omsan Logistics Bursa Vehicle Yard Construction (48 characters)
The vehicle yard project developed for Omsan Logistics at the Bursa Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone — covering revisions to the existing 95,000 m² yard area and a newly built 148,000 m² site, along with infrastructure, site grading, fire installations, lighting, perimeter walls, and surface paving — was completed by DEA YAPI in 2009.
The scope included excavation, fill, and grading of 145,000 m² of general site area, with 60,000 m³ of excavation and 169,500 tons of fill. A 2,144-meter retaining wall was constructed using 2,650 m³ of concrete and 210 tons of deformed rebar, while 135,000 m² of interlocking paving stone delivered heavy-duty surface paving suitable for truck traffic. In addition, 2,850 meters of fire and electrical infrastructure lines were laid, a helipad was built, and 3,000 meters of underground fire suppression systems were installed. All infrastructure works were delivered in compliance with international logistics facility standards.
The Bursa NOSB is one of Türkiye’s largest organized industrial zones, located in the southern Marmara region where automotive OEM and supplier industries are concentrated. Automotive logistics is a complex ecosystem supported by vehicle yards, terminal areas, and distribution centers. Omsan Romanya Mioveni Park Sahası İnşaatı (42 karakter)
Omsan Lojistica SRL için Romanya Mioveni’de hayata geçirilen park sahası projesi, toplam 67.800 m² inşaat alanı üzerinde DEA YAPI tarafından 2007 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Dacia otomobil fabrikası yanındaki arazinin bitki örtüsü temizlendikten sonra gerekli dolguların yapılarak park ve stok sahasına dönüştürülmesi işidir. Proje 2 etaptan oluşmakta olup ilk etap tamamlanmış, ikinci etap ise kısmen yapılmış; sonrasında kısmi kullanım için konteyner ofisler kurulmuştur.
İnşaat sürecinde arazinin vejetasyondan temizlenmesi, stabilize dolgu uygulaması ve saha reglajı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çelik konstrüksiyon yapı elemanları, tel çit, tır giriş kapısı ve konteynerlardan oluşan geçici yerleşim ile bunun altyapısı imal edilmiştir. Kapı kumanda sistemleri ve konteynerler için gerekli elektrik altyapısı; uluslararası otomotiv lojistiği standartlarına uygun biçimde tesis edilmiştir.
Mioveni; Romanya’nın Arges bölgesinde, Dacia (Renault Group) fabrikasının yer aldığı önemli bir otomotiv üretim merkezidir. Bu tesis, Renault’nun Doğu Avrupa’daki üretim stratejisinin kilit noktalarından birini oluşturmakta ve önemli bir ihracat kapasitesine sahiptir. Omsan Romania Mioveni Vehicle Yard Construction (48 characters)
The vehicle yard project developed for Omsan Logistica SRL in Mioveni, Romania was completed by DEA YAPI on a 67,800 m² construction area on a turnkey basis in 2007. The scope involved clearing the vegetation from land adjacent to the Dacia automobile factory and transforming it into a vehicle yard and storage area through the necessary fill works. The project consisted of two phases — the first completed and the second partially executed — followed by the installation of container offices for partial use.
The construction process included vegetation clearing, stabilized fill application, and site grading. Steel structure elements, wire fencing, truck entrance gates, and temporary container settlements with their infrastructure were fabricated. Gate control systems and electrical infrastructure for the containers were installed in line with international automotive logistics standards.
Mioveni is a major automotive production center in Romania’s Arges region, home to the Dacia (Renault Group) factory. This facility is a key node in Renault’s Eastern European production strategy with significant export capacity. Omsan’s investment in this region reinforced its strategic position in the Eastern European logistics corridor. For international projects, supply chain management, compliance with local regulations, and multinational project coordination are critical success factors.

Oyak Renault CAT Elektrikli Araç Parkı İnşaatı (48 karakter)
Oyak Renault Fabrikaları A.Ş. için hayata geçirilen CAT Bölgesi Elektrikli Araç Parkı projesi, 5.500 m² alan üzerinde DEA YAPI tarafından 2011 yılında tamamlanmıştır. Renault elektrikli otomobillerinin park edeceği bu yapı; betonarme temel üzerine çelik konstrüksiyon taşıyıcı sistem ile inşa edilmiş, ardından sandviç çatı paneli ile kaplanmıştır.
Proje kapsamında betonarme temeller, 160 ton çelik konstrüksiyon imalatı ve 5.500 m² sandviç panel çatı kaplaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çelik konstrüksiyon tercih edilmesi; geniş açıklıklı park hacmi, hızlı kurulum süresi ve elektrikli araçlara özel şarj altyapısı entegrasyonu açısından ideal mühendislik çözümü sunmuştur. Sandviç panel çatı sistemi hem ısı yalıtımı hem de yağış koruması açısından verimli bir zarf oluştururken; altyapı tasarımı ileride elektrikli araç şarj istasyonlarının kolaylıkla entegre edilebileceği bir altlık sağlamıştır.
Elektrikli araç park ve depolama alanları, geleneksel araç parklarından farklı mühendislik gereksinimlerine sahiptir. Şarj altyapısı, elektrik güvenlik sistemleri, yangın risk yönetimi ve havalandırma çözümleri bu yapıların tasarımının merkezinde yer alır. Oyak Renault CAT Electric Vehicle Park Construction (52 characters)
The CAT Zone Electric Vehicle Park project developed for Oyak Renault was completed by DEA YAPI on a 5,500 m² area in 2011. The structure, designed to house Renault electric vehicles, was built with a steel frame load-bearing system on reinforced concrete foundations and covered with sandwich roof panels.
The scope included reinforced concrete foundations, fabrication of 160 tons of steel structure, and 5,500 m² of sandwich panel roof covering. The choice of steel structure delivered an ideal engineering solution for wide-span parking volume, rapid installation, and integration of dedicated charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The sandwich panel roof system provided an efficient envelope in terms of both thermal insulation and weather protection, while the infrastructure design laid a foundation on which EV charging stations could be easily integrated in the future.
Electric vehicle parking and storage areas have engineering requirements distinct from conventional vehicle parks. Charging infrastructure, electrical safety systems, fire risk management, and ventilation solutions are at the center of their design. Aligned with Oyak Renault’s electric vehicle strategy, this investment contributed to the development of Türkiye’s electric automotive ecosystem while reflecting the sustainability vision of the Renault Group at its Bursa manufacturing center.

Oyak Renault K7 Üretim Binası İnşaatı (38 karakter)
Oyak Renault Otomobil Fabrikaları A.Ş. için fabrika sahası içinde hayata geçirilen K7 Binası projesi, toplam 9.711 m² inşaat alanı üzerinde 8.769 m² kapalı alan olarak DEA YAPI tarafından 2008 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Betonarme temel üzerine çelik konstrüksiyon taşıyıcı sistemle tasarlanan fabrika üretim binasının altyapı, mekanik ve elektrik sistemleri eksiksiz biçimde teslim edilmiştir.
Proje kapsamında 6.650 m³ beton ve 120 ton inşaat demiri ile temel imalatları yapılmış; 697 ton çelik konstrüksiyon kullanılarak üstyapı inşa edilmiştir. +7,00 metre makas altı ve +10,00 metre makas üstü yükseklik; modern otomotiv üretim hatlarının gerektirdiği vinç, konveyör ve robotik sistemlerin kurulumuna uygun hacim sunmaktadır. 8.404 m² çatı kaplaması ile 3.133 m² cephe kaplaması uygulanmış; WC, ofis bölümleri ve mekanik-elektrik tesisat işleri bütünleşik biçimde tamamlanmıştır.

The K7 Building project developed for Oyak Renault within the factory site was completed by DEA YAPI on a 9,711 m² construction area with 8,769 m² of covered area on a turnkey basis in 2008. Designed with a steel frame load-bearing system on reinforced concrete foundations, the factory production building was delivered with comprehensive infrastructure, mechanical, and electrical systems.
The scope included foundation works with 6,650 m³ of concrete and 120 tons of rebar, and a superstructure built with 697 tons of steel structure. A +7.00-meter clear height beneath the trusses and +10.00-meter top height provided the volume required for cranes, conveyors, and robotic systems used in modern automotive production lines. 8,404 m² of roof covering and 3,133 m² of façade cladding were applied, with restrooms, office sections, and mechanical-electrical installations delivered as an integrated scope.

Oyak Renault Bursa Pres Binası Büyütme İnşaatı (48 karakter)
Oyak Renault Fabrikaları A.Ş. için Bursa Otomobil Fabrikası içinde hayata geçirilen I Pres Binası Büyütülmesi Projesi, DEA YAPI tarafından 2010 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Betonarme temel ve prefabrik taşıyıcı sistem üzerine çelik konstrüksiyon çatı imalatı yapılmış; sandviç panel çatı ve cephe kaplaması ile mimari, mekanik ve elektrik işleri bütünleşik biçimde teslim edilmiştir.
Proje kapsamında 600 m² çatı kaplaması, 1.200 m² cephe kaplaması ve 600 m² zemin epoksi kaplaması uygulanmıştır. 40 ton çelik konstrüksiyon imalatı ve boyası ile taşıyıcı sistem tamamlanmıştır. Pres binalarında yer alan ağır ekipmanlar; özel titreşim yalıtımlı temel tasarımı, ağır yük kapasiteli zemin sistemleri ve epoksi kaplama gibi endüstriyel zemin çözümleri gerektirmektedir. Preslerin çalışma döngüsü sırasında oluşan mekanik yüklerin yapısal sisteme düzgün aktarılması, mühendislik tasarımının öncelikli hedefi olmuştur.

Oyak Renault Press Shop Extension Construction (47 characters)
The Press Shop (Building I) Extension Project developed for Oyak Renault within the Bursa Automobile Factory was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2010. A steel structure roof was fabricated over reinforced concrete foundations and a precast load-bearing system, with sandwich panel roof and façade cladding delivered alongside architectural, mechanical, and electrical works as an integrated scope.
The scope included 600 m² of roof covering, 1,200 m² of façade cladding, and 600 m² of epoxy floor coating. The load-bearing system was completed with 40 tons of steel structure fabrication and painting. The heavy equipment housed in press buildings demands specialized vibration-isolated foundation design, heavy-duty flooring systems, and industrial floor solutions such as epoxy coatings. Ensuring that the mechanical loads generated during press operation cycles are properly transferred to the structural system was a primary engineering priority.

Oyak Renault V4 Akü Binası İnşaatı (35 karakter)
Oyak Renault Otomobil Fabrikaları A.Ş. için Bursa Fabrikası içinde hayata geçirilen V4 Akü Binası Büyütülmesi Projesi, DEA YAPI tarafından 2010 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Betonarme temel ve çelik konstrüksiyon taşıyıcı sistem üzerine sandviç panel çatı ve cephe kaplama işleri ile elektrik ve mekanik tesisat işleri bütünleşik biçimde teslim edilmiştir.
Proje kapsamında 2.000 m² zemin epoksi kaplaması, 1.700 m² sandviç panel çatı kaplaması ve 1.800 m² sandviç panel cephe kaplaması uygulanmıştır. 150 ton çelik konstrüksiyon imalatı ile taşıyıcı sistem tamamlanmış; akü depolama ve operasyon süreçlerinin gerektirdiği havalandırma, aydınlatma ve zemin dayanıklılık standartları titizlikle karşılanmıştır. Epoksi kaplama; akü elektrolitine karşı direnç sağlayan ve hijyenik temizliğe izin veren endüstriyel bir zemin çözümü olarak tercih edilmiştir.
Akü binaları; kimyasal madde yönetimi, patlama-yangın riski, hava kalitesi ve elektrik güvenliği gibi özel mühendislik gereksinimleri olan tesislerdir. Havalandırma sisteminin tasarımı, hidrojen gazının birikmesini önlemek ve çalışan sağlığını korumak açısından kritik önem taşır. Oyak Renault’nun bu yatırımı; Bursa Fabrikası’nın lojistik ve bakım süreçlerini destekleyen önemli bir altyapı bileşeni niteliğindedir.

Oyak Renault V4 Battery Building Construction (46 characters)
The V4 Battery Building Extension Project developed for Oyak Renault within the Bursa Factory was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2010. Sandwich panel roof and façade cladding works were delivered over reinforced concrete foundations and a steel frame load-bearing system, together with electrical and mechanical installation works as an integrated scope.
The scope included 2,000 m² of epoxy floor coating, 1,700 m² of sandwich panel roof covering, and 1,800 m² of sandwich panel façade cladding. The load-bearing system was completed with 150 tons of steel structure fabrication, and the ventilation, lighting, and floor durability standards required by battery storage and operation processes were meticulously addressed. Epoxy coating was selected as an industrial floor solution providing resistance to battery electrolyte and enabling hygienic cleaning.
Battery buildings are facilities with specialized engineering requirements — chemical management, explosion and fire risk, air quality, and electrical safety. Ventilation system design is critical for preventing hydrogen gas accumulation and protecting worker health. Oyak Renault’s investment represents an important infrastructure component supporting the logistics and maintenance processes at the Bursa Factory.

Pınar Esenyurt Lojistik Merkezi İnşaatı (40 karakter)
Pınar (Yaşar Birleşik Pazarlama) için Esenyurt/İstanbul’da hayata geçirilen Lojistik Merkezi projesi, toplam 17.150 m² açık alan ve 27.000 m² kapalı alan üzerine DEA YAPI tarafından 2018 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Tüm inşaat, mekanik ve elektrik işlerini kapsayan proje; Türkiye’nin önde gelen gıda markalarından Pınar’ın İstanbul bölgesindeki dağıtım kapasitesini güçlendiren stratejik bir yatırımdır.
İnşaat sürecinde zemin etüdünden kesin kabule kadar tüm aşamalar DEA YAPI tarafından tek elden yürütülmüştür. 27.000 m² kapalı alanda; soğuk zincir depolama, kuru depo, araç yanaşma rampaları, sevkiyat alanları ve yönetim ofisleri bir arada planlanmıştır. Gıda lojistiği; soğutmalı depo sıcaklık kontrolü, hijyen standartları, haşere kontrolü ve HACCP uyumlu altyapı gibi özel gereksinimleri olan hassas bir sektördür. Pınar Esenyurt Logistics Center Construction (45 characters)
The Logistics Center project developed for Pınar (Yaşar United Marketing) in Esenyurt/Istanbul was completed by DEA YAPI on 17,150 m² of open area and 27,000 m² of covered area on a turnkey basis in 2018. Covering all construction, mechanical, and electrical works, the project represents a strategic investment strengthening the distribution capacity of Pınar — one of Türkiye’s leading food brands — across the Istanbul region.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. Within the 27,000 m² covered area, cold chain storage, dry warehouse, vehicle docking ramps, dispatch areas, and management offices were planned together. Food logistics is a sensitive sector with specialized requirements — refrigerated warehouse temperature control, hygiene standards, pest management, and HACCP-compliant infrastructure. Every detail of the facility was designed in line with these standards. Electrical and mechanical systems were established on redundancy principles that safeguard uninterrupted cold chain continuity.
Esenyurt, located on the European side of Istanbul near the TEM and D-100 highways, is a strategic logistics hub for both urban and intercity distribution. Rekor Kauçuk Eskişehir Yönetim ve Üretim Binası (49 karakter)
Rekor Kauçuk San. ve Tic. A.Ş. için Eskişehir Atatürk Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde hayata geçirilen Yeni Yönetim ve Üretim Binası projesi, 75.000 m² arsa üzerine 35.000 m² kapalı alan olarak DEA YAPI tarafından 2015-2016 yıllarında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Tüm inşaat, elektrik ve mekanik işleri bütünleşik biçimde teslim edilmiştir.
İnşaat sürecinde zemin etüdünden kesin kabule kadar tüm aşamalar DEA YAPI tarafından tek elden yürütülmüştür. 35.000 m² kapalı alanda; kauçuk üretim hatları, hammadde ve mamul depoları, laboratuvar alanları ile idari ofisler bir arada planlanmıştır. Kauçuk ve polimer üretimi; yüksek sıcaklık prosesleri, havalandırma ve koku yönetimi, yangın güvenliği ve özel atık işleme altyapısı gibi hassas teknik gereksinimlere sahiptir. Üstyapı tasarımında geniş açıklıklı üretim hacimleri için çelik konstrüksiyon tercih edilerek modern proses hatlarına esneklik sağlanmıştır. Rekor Rubber Eskişehir Production Facility (43 characters)
The New Management and Production Building project developed for Rekor Rubber Industry and Trade Inc. at the Eskişehir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone was completed by DEA YAPI on a 75,000 m² plot with 35,000 m² of covered area on a turnkey basis between 2015 and 2016. All construction, electrical, and mechanical works were delivered as an integrated scope.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. Within the 35,000 m² covered area, rubber production lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses, laboratory spaces, and administrative offices were planned together. Rubber and polymer manufacturing carries sensitive technical requirements — high-temperature processes, ventilation and odor management, fire safety, and specialized waste handling infrastructure. In the superstructure design, steel structure was selected for wide-span production volumes, providing flexibility for modern process lines. Electrical and mechanical systems were established with the capacity and redundancy principles required for uninterrupted production.

Samsung Baytur Dubai Dew Projesi İnşaatı (41 karakter)
Samsung Baytur JV. için Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri’nde, Dubai Fuar Merkezi içerisinde yer alan fuar alanına ait betonarme işlerinin alt yükleniciliği kapsamındaki Dew Projesi, toplam 154.752 m² inşaat alanı üzerinde DEA YAPI tarafından 2008 yılında tamamlanmıştır. Bina temeli; tekil temeller, radye temeller ve bodrum perdeli kısımlardan oluşan entegre bir temel sistemi olarak tasarlanmıştır.
İnşaat sürecinde Samsung Baytur Ortak Girişimi ana yükleniciliğinde yürütülen projenin betonarme iş paketi DEA YAPI tarafından üstlenilmiştir. Bu ölçekte bir fuar alanı; farklı zemin koşullarına sahip geniş bir alanda eş zamanlı kazı, kalıp, demir ve beton döküm operasyonlarının titizlikle koordine edilmesini gerektirmektedir. Tekil temeller nokta yüklerin taşınmasında, radye temeller ise geniş alan dağılımlı yüklerin aktarımında kullanılmış; bodrum perde duvarları ise yanal toprak basınçlarını karşılayacak biçimde imal edilmiştir. Samsung Baytur Dubai DEW Project Construction (46 characters)
The Dew Project — subcontracting of the reinforced concrete works for the exhibition area within the Dubai Exhibition Center — was completed by DEA YAPI for the Samsung Baytur JV on a 154,752 m² construction area in 2008. The building foundation was designed as an integrated foundation system comprising isolated footings, raft foundations, and basement retaining walls.
Executed under the main contracting of the Samsung Baytur Joint Venture, the project’s reinforced concrete work package was undertaken by DEA YAPI. An exhibition area of this scale requires meticulous coordination of simultaneous excavation, formwork, rebar, and concrete pouring operations across a wide area with varying ground conditions. Isolated footings were used to carry point loads, raft foundations to transfer distributed loads over large areas, and basement retaining walls were fabricated to withstand lateral earth pressures. Concrete quality control in line with international main contractor standards was continuously monitored throughout the project.

Sarıtaş Çelik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. için Gebze Organize Sanayi Bölgesi/Kocaeli’de hayata geçirilen İlave Depo ve Sundurma İnşaatı projesi, DEA YAPI tarafından 2017 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. Mevcut üretim tesisinin kapasite ihtiyaçlarına yönelik olarak planlanan proje; depolama ve lojistik hareketleri destekleyen fonksiyonel bir ilave yapı olarak hayata geçirilmiştir.
İnşaat sürecinde zemin etüdünden kesin kabule kadar tüm aşamalar DEA YAPI tarafından tek elden yürütülmüştür. İlave depo yapısı; çelik sektörünün gerektirdiği ağır yük kapasiteli zemin tasarımı, geniş açıklıklı iç hacim ve forklift-vinç manevralarına uygun yükseklik ile tasarlanmıştır. Sarıtaş Steel Gebze OIZ Warehouse Construction (47 characters)
The additional warehouse and canopy construction project developed for Sarıtaş Steel Industry and Trade Inc. at the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone in Kocaeli was completed by DEA YAPI on a turnkey basis in 2017. Planned to address the capacity requirements of the existing production facility, the project was delivered as a functional extension supporting storage and logistics movements.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. The additional warehouse was designed with heavy-duty floor construction required by the steel industry, wide-span interior volume, and height suited to forklift and crane maneuvers. The canopy structure provided an economical solution protecting materials and products from weather conditions, while detailed site planning was carried out for seamless integration with the existing facility. The choice of a steel frame load-bearing system on reinforced concrete foundations delivered both rapid installation and long-term operational advantages.

Silvan Çelik Dökümhane ve İşleme Tesisi İnşaatı (49 karakter)
Silvan Sanayi A.Ş. için Kocaeli Gebze VI. Makine İhtisas Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde hayata geçirilen Çelik Dökümhane ve Talaşlı İşleme Tesisi projesi, 60.000 m² arsa üzerine 32.000 m² kapalı alan olarak DEA YAPI tarafından 2017 yılında anahtar teslim olarak tamamlanmıştır. The Steel Foundry and Machining Facility project developed for Silvan Industry Inc. at the Gebze VI Machinery Specialized Organized Industrial Zone in Kocaeli was completed by DEA YAPI on a 60,000 m² plot with 32,000 m² of covered area on a turnkey basis in 2017. All construction, electrical, and mechanical works were delivered as an integrated scope.
The construction process was managed end-to-end by DEA YAPI, from geotechnical surveys to final acceptance. Within the 32,000 m² covered area, the steel foundry section, machining (CNC) lines, raw material and finished goods warehouses, and office and social areas were planned together. Foundries are facilities with sensitive technical requirements — high-temperature processes, specialized ventilation and smoke management, heavy-duty flooring, crane bridges, and fire safety. In the machining section, infrastructure solutions requiring vibration isolation of CNC machines, oil drainage, and dimensional precision were implemented. Steel structure was selected in the superstructure for wide-span production volumes.
